Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your purchase! We stand by our product quality and accept returns in the case of defect at our expense. Please contact us for a return shipping label.
Otherwise, to return or exchange an unused, unopened item purchased from our website, just send it back within 15 days of receiving it. Items not returned in their original condition are not eligible for refund or exchange. Please pack carefully! Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Stockists may have different return policies. If in doubt, please ask the shop keeper about returns or exchanges. Should you happen to receive a defective item from one of our stockists, you can come to us about it - see paragraph one!
In the event that shipping damage occurred to your Lux Aromatica web order, please let us know immediately so we can reship your order. Please provide a photo so we can submit it when we file a claim with the shipper.
For your safety, any time you have a damaged candle container of any kind, please do not light the candle or use it in any other way.
