We want you to be happy with your Virginia Aromatics experience! We stand by our product quality and accept returns in the case of defect at our expense, including defective merchandise acquired from our stockists. Please contact us for a return shipping label.

In the event that shipping damage occurred to your Virginia Aromatics web order, please let us know immediately so we can reship your order. Please email clear images of the damaged box and items to info at luxaromatica dot com so we can submit it when we file a claim with the shipper.

Otherwise, to return or exchange unused, unopened merchandise purchased from our website, just send it back within 15 days of receiving it. Items not returned in their original condition are not eligible for refund or exchange. Please pack carefully! Shipping charges are non-refundable. Stockists may have different policies about non-defective returns.

For your safety, any time you have a damaged candle container of any kind, please do not light the candle or use it in any other way.
